How to Claim on Optical: 2 Easy Steps Step 1: Within 1 business day of your order, you will receive a receipt by email from our team (this is a different receipt to your automated order confirmation received on purchase). The receipt will be itemised with the relevant optical health fund claiming codes for you to make your claim directly with your health fund. Step 2: Submit your claim using the itemised receipt to your health fund. Many health funds allow claiming either through their websites, through an app or in their retail stores.
