Depending on your health fund and level of cover, you may be eligible to claim back all or part of the cost of your new contact lenses.
To find out how much you can claim back from your health fund you can either visit us in-store with your health fund card or by contacting your health fund directly.
At this stage, due to health fund claiming limitations, we require your full payment upfront and then for your to make a claim directly with your health fund. Normally, your health fund will reimburse you within a few days. This is different in-store where we can make an instant claim on the spot through HICAPS.
How to Claim on Optical: 2 Easy Steps
Step 1: Within 1 business day of your order, you will receive a receipt by email from our team (this is a different receipt to your automated order confirmation received on purchase). The receipt will be itemised with the relevant optical health fund claiming codes for you to make your claim directly with your health fund.
Step 2: Submit your claim using the itemised receipt to your health fund. Many health funds allow claiming either through their websites, through an app or in their retail stores.
